Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds are available within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
    • Refunds are not available for subsequent subscription renewals unless there is a verified technical issue with the tool that prevents access or use.
  2. How to Request a Refund:
    • Please contact our support team by sending an email to mail@openingtrainer.com
    • Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Cancellations

  1. Subscription Cancellations:
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage subscription" option when logged in on the website
    • Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
    • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
  2. Renewal Opt-Out:
    • Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled. To opt out of renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your billing cycle.
