Refunds

Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are available within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- Refunds are not available for subsequent subscription renewals unless there is a verified technical issue with the tool that prevents access or use.

How to Request a Refund:

- Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
Cancellations

Subscription Cancellations:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage subscription" option when logged in on the website
- Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

Renewal Opt-Out:
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled. To opt out of renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your billing cycle.
